DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We now offer FREE SHIPPING Domestically including Hawaiʻi and Alaska!
All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
USPS generally takes 3-8 business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur. All orders are shipped from California.
**Please note that the shipping time frames are estimates only and do not include customs processing delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. Luna is not responsible for any shipping delays or shipping complications due to carrier rerouting and/or receiver refusing delivery. If your package was delivered and you did not receive the package, please reach out to us at hello@dreaminginluna.com to open investigation with carrier. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We now offer $10 Flat Fee Shipping Worldwide!
Please note if any customs fees + taxes are applicable, it is not included and must be paid to the shipping carrier by the receiver at time of delivery.

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email hello@dreaminginluna.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
Requests for change of address must be made directly with LUNA via our contact service prior to your order being shipped.
LUNA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. You can file a claim with the carrier directly.
The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
