• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for store credit. Any items posted after this time frame may be denied.
• Items must be returned in their original condition including tags, to be eligible for a store credit.
• Once LUNA has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a store credit is issued.

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

***LUNA reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a store credit or refund..

• No restock fees.
• Please allow 7 business days for store credit to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by LUNA.
• Please allow 10 business days for a store credit to be processed during holiday periods.
• You will be notified via the email address that the order was placed with once the transaction has been processed.
• Store credit will be issued to the email that the payment had originally come from.
• LUNA is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

***Please note if there may be an issue with your original payment type, you must notify our customer care team prior to making your return at hello@dreaminginluna.com in order to organize alternative refund arrangements. Any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account due to LUNA not being notified are completely out of our control and LUNA will not be held accountable.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges, however you are welcome to return a full priced item for store credit and re-purchase your preferred size.

Please note: We cannot cancel or reroute an order once it has been shipped. You will need to follow our normal return process once you receive delivery in order to be eligible for a refund.
